America faces high rates of unemployment

As Americans attempt to bounce back from a recession, things still remain grim for much of the country, as the number of unemployment benefit applicants is at the highest it's been in quite a while.
Michael T Snyder of The Economic Collapse Blog discusses the state of the economy, as big businesses reap in more profits, all the while the amount of Americans on foodstamps is at an all time high.
