Police get more info on liquid splasher
City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ku Chin Wah said police would investigate all the information received from the public.
The photo-fit was primarily based on a witness' account of a possible attempt by the splasher in Jalan Desa Pandan on Friday and victims' description of the attacker.
Prior to the release of the photo-fit, police had also received several tip-offs and CCTV footage from business owners who believed they might have recorded the image of the suspect.
SAC Ku urged those with information to call the police at their Rakan Cop hotline (03-2115 9999) or SMS POLISKL at 32728.
He said no new attacks had been reported since Friday....
