Another deadly NATO bombing in Tripoli has reportedly killed at least 15 civilians. NATO insists it hit a command centre, but Libyan officials say three children are among the dead. It comes just a day after the Alliance admitted killing up to nine civilians in another airstrike, which it blamed on a technical failure.
