Israel allows UN to build Gaza homes
The dwellings will aid communities whose homes were destroyed by Israel as long ago as 2003, and who have been living in makeshift housing. Now they are calling on the UN to do more. Al Jazeera 's Nadim Baba reports from the town of Rafah.
